1. About Cove

Cove is a platform that lets individuals upload and sell digital products (such as notes, templates, courses, and other files) directly to buyers. Cove is currently operated by an individual based in India and is not a registered company.

2. Who Can Use Cove

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to sell products on Cove. By using Cove, you confirm the information you provide (name, email, phone number) is accurate.

3. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to any file you upload, or have permission to sell it.
• Your product does not contain illegal, pirated, obscene, or harmful content.
• The description of your product accurately represents what the buyer will receive.

Cove reserves the right to remove any product or account that violates these terms, without prior notice.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Digital products are for personal use only, unless the seller states otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased files without the seller's permission.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Cove does not store your card or UPI details. A platform fee of 5% is deducted from every sale.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cove acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of the content sellers upload. Cove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cove after changes means you accept the updated terms.
